Customer User does not have access to create Change Request
A Managed Customer user will need to have a different group assigned to them in order to have the functionality to file a change request.
- Log in to the ServiceNow Admin Portal* In the Navigation bar, Search for
User, and either look for theUser Listoption under the Armory heading, or theUsersoption under theOrganizationheading.* Search for the user and click on them* Go to theGroupstab near the bottom and click onEdit…* RemoveArmory - Customersand instead addArmory - Managed Customers* Click Save
